Our products are packed safely and with great care.

Shipping is via Austrian Post.

delivery times

Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within Germany (Austria) takes place within 2 - 5 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 working days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

It should also be noted that our offices and warehouse are not open on weekends and public holidays. Therefore, orders can only be processed Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The delivery periods only start on the day on which we are able to process the order.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
